I went in for my routine service on my Jaguar and as ALWAYS Mike in the service department does an amazing job with going over what is required on my vehicle. Do NOT buy from the Patrick Dealer Group!! Not only do they fraudulently sell frame damaged cars as “Certified Used Cars”, but the breach their own contract by refusing to respond to the Arbitration clause that THEY insist on and put in their sales contracts. Hanley Dawson is nothing but a con man who takes advantage of others with his deceptive business practices.

Purchased a Cadillac CT6 from a Jaguar dealership and the saleswoman there was unbelievably knowledgeable about this Caddy was truly impressed have to mention her by name Viridiana and finance woman Nina. Jaguar of Naperville tried their best to fix my electric car. unfortunately after 4 failures from the car I opted to purchase a different vehicle. Ernie Bonilla at Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville was very attentive to the wheel alignment on my 2018 F-Type, and three associates complimented the Jordan 13’s I was wearing. I will be back on April 10th for a brake fluid exchange.

We drove over an hour to see a car for my daughter. We had been in contact for a few days and the appointment was confirmed the day prior. We got there and the vehicle was not available. We didn’t even have contact with the person we had the appointment with. Extremely disappointing experience.

We were pretty set on purchasing the vehicle we saw online. Made us sit and wait, and wait, then came with a lowball trade in number, which explains why they wouldn’t give an estimated trade online like everyone else. Then made us sit and wait and came back with a slightly better deal but snuck in clear coat. Tried to convince us 8% is a good finance rate. Finally had to track down the salesman to get my key back and left. Now they keep calling and emailing about a better deal and just call to discuss. Not a chance!

The sale was a good experience,no pressure.The problem was after,still waiting on plates 3 months later ,temp plates about to expire.Called my sales man, called finance team,left emails and voice mails, I can't even get a return call ? Not a good look for high end dealer.Too bad my wife really wanted a new car from there.I will update rating if I get a response.
Stephen at the service department went above and beyond to ensure that the battery was covered under the manufacturer warranty. He is very personable and displayed great customer service.
